About
My name is Jennifer, I'm 25 years old and at the moment I live in central New Jersey. I've always been interested in wildlife, but became an avid birdwatcher while living in Arizona. I love to travel, and, much to the exasperation of my traveling companions, spend much of my time trying to identify the local fauna.
Although most of this blog will focus on birds, I intend to include some of the more interesting wildlife I encounter on my travels as well. All identification is accurate and includes details to the best of my knowledge. Some subspecies of birds, animals, and insects are really difficult to tell apart, therefore some posts may be more specific than others. All photos posted are not credited to me and have been uploaded solely for identification purposes
.
I started this blog as a sort of life-list, a record of who I've seen, where, and what I've learned about them through observation and research. All of my facts are cross-referenced with several resources where available, and where unavailable, notes have been added to ensure awareness of where I have interjected my own measurements, estimates, experiences, and opinions.
